longing...

longing is

a long way from here
along yearning
along regrets
a long way from now

longing...
does not live here

I cannot hear
this morning's bird song
for I long for tomorrow

I long
for a bird song...

I cannot hear
this evening's fire melody
for I long for this morning...

A long way from here...

I long for a time
that will never come
for it is here
and...

now.
